The Investigations Division of the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office is made up of highly experienced law enforcement professionals who work behind the scenes to support the successful prosecution of criminal cases.
Our investigators assist prosecutors by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, locating victims and defendants, serving subpoenas, and working closely with local, state, and federal agencies. They play a critical role in building strong cases and ensuring that justice is pursued with accuracy and integrity.
