Marshall County District Attorney’s Office Launches New Website
Marshall County, Ala. – The Marshall County District Attorney’s Office has launched a new official website, www.marshallda.org, designed to provide the public with easier access to information, services, and resources offered by the office.
The newly developed website serves as a centralized, user-friendly hub for citizens, crime victims, attorneys, and community partners. It offers an overview of the District Attorney’s responsibilities, along with a complete staff directory to help visitors better understand the work of the office and connect with the appropriate departments.
Visitors can find information on victim assistance and victims’ rights, restitution, court processes, and other helpful community resources. The site also highlights the District Attorney’s Office programs and initiatives, including the Helping Families Initiative (HFI), which is focused on strengthening families by addressing challenges that impact a child’s academic performance, emotional well-being, and overall family stability. By connecting families with vital community resources, HFI works to reduce the risk of substance abuse, school suspensions, juvenile arrests, and dropout rates.
The website also features a dedicated news and events section, allowing the public to stay informed about press releases, upcoming events, and office updates. Additional tools include downloadable forms, public records request information, court guidance, an online contact form, and a request option for community organizations seeking a prosecutor to speak to their group.
“The launch of this website is an important step in making our office more accessible and transparent,” said District Attorney Jennifer Bray. “Our goal is to ensure the public can easily find accurate information, access services, and better understand the work we do every day on behalf of Marshall County.”
The Marshall County District Attorney’s Office invites the public to visit www.marshallda.org to explore the new website and learn more about the services and programs available.
