Please review the forms below, as they are provided to assist our office in better serving you as a victim of a crime. Alabama Crime Victims Compensation application is for victims of violent crimes who may have suffered financial losses directly related to the crime, such as medical, funeral, or counseling expenses, as well as loss of income or moving expenses.
The Restitution Affidavit Online Submission form should be completed and returned to your Victim Services Officer if you have suffered financial losses directly related to the criminal offense. Restitution is for victims of violent and property crimes. If you need any assistance in preparing these forms or have any questions, please contact us.
