Three Arrested Following Multi-Agency Drug Investigation

Three individuals have been arrested following a coordinated investigation involving local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies targeting the distribution of illegal narcotics across multiple jurisdictions.

According to the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office, the investigation focused on the trafficking of significant quantities of illegal drugs in the region. The effort was the result of extensive collaboration among numerous agencies that worked together by sharing resources, intelligence, and personnel.

“This operation reflects the level of cooperation and coordination required to combat large-scale narcotics activity,” said Drug Task Force Commander Justin Dake. “Through the combined efforts of our partner agencies, we were able to disrupt drug distribution and take dangerous individuals off the streets.”

The following individuals were arrested as part of the investigation:

  • Jonathan Lynn Havis – Trafficking Methamphetamine
  • Larry Monterrius Harris – Conspiracy to Traffic Methamphetamine
  • Franco Fitzgerald Avery – Trafficking Methamphetamine

The cases are expected to proceed in federal court.
