Convictions Upheld on Appeal

The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals has affirmed the convictions of Patrick Alexis, who was found guilty by a Marshall County jury of Sexual Torture and Domestic Violence in the Second Degree.

The court’s decision upholds the jury’s verdict and the sentence imposed by the trial court, including a life sentence for Sexual Torture.
