June Employee Spotlight: Whitley Dalton
The Marshall County District Attorney’s Office is proud to recognize Child Support Unit Clerk Whitley Dalton as its June Employee Spotlight recipient.
The Child Support Unit works each day to serve families throughout the 27th Judicial Circuit, helping ensure children receive the financial support they need. The Marshall County District Attorney’s Office is grateful for the partnership of the Marshall County Department of Human Resources and the dedicated professionals who work together to support local families.
Whitley has been a valued member of the District Attorney’s Office for several years and plays an important role in the success of the Child Support Unit. Her commitment to serving families contributes to the high level of service provided by the division.
Last year, the Alabama Department of Human Resources Child Support Enforcement Division recognized the Marshall County District Attorney’s Office Child Support Unit for outstanding work in child support enforcement. Among 25 participating counties, the unit received three of the seven awards presented statewide. Whitley’s efforts were an important part of that achievement.
A graduate of Jacksonville State University, Whitley is known for her dedication, compassion, and positive attitude. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Wade, and their son. Her interests include gardening, DIY projects, thrifting, traveling, rescuing kittens, and spending time with family.
