Partners in Education, Partners in Success

Guntersville City Schools and the Lake Guntersville Chamber of Commerce hosted the Partners in Education Breakfast this morning at Gunter’s Landing. This event brings together local businesses, organizations and school leaders to strengthen community partnerships that support students and families.

Pictured are Marshall County District Attorney’s Office Helping Families Initiative Director Dori Giles and Assistant Chief Investigator Jimmy Miller, who attended on behalf of the MCDA. Dori even went home with a flower arrangement!

Our Helping Families Initiative is built on the same idea behind Partners in Education, connecting schools, families and community resources to help students succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Strong partnerships create stronger support systems for children, and we are proud to work alongside our schools and community leaders to make a positive difference.
